Program Information

A lot more than 150 individual contributions will attract visitors to the congress area of tmt32, in six rooms and an open stage. The range of topics is wide, from acoustics to networked audio and video, from immersive audio to mastering, from research & development to live sound and theater, and much more. There are already some focus days:

Focus Days

The artistic-technical reflections on exceptional recordings, the so-called TalkBacks, invite for close listening and discussion.

To the Program

Two rooms for various immersive audio formats, a binaural room with 100 headphones and a surround room alone provide the technical infrastructure for the contributions. Currently, exciting sessions are being put together from the contributions, which we will then publish in our program calendar in a few weeks.

Your perfect mix

of Lectures

All lectures at the Tonmeistertagung will take place in high-quality equipped and optimally prepared rooms. The four-day program offers unique contributions to a variety of current topics, trends, and developments in the international pro audio world.

... and Products

The congress will be complemented by an extensive exhibition area, where representatives of the pro audio industry will present their latest products and technologies. In a relaxed atmosphere, there will be plenty of room for personal discussions and intensive exchange with developers, business managers and colleagues.

Block 10

For Students

Students and trainees generally receive very favorable admission to the Tonmeistertagung. At the exhibition and congress, in addition to gaining professional impressions, they can also expand their personal network in the industry.

Many training institutes and universities will be presenting themselves at the Tonmeistertagung as part of the Education Forum. In addition, we would like to encourage committed students to submit their exciting final theses to the congress program. As a rule, such theses are presented as posters; however, in consultation with the program team, a lecture may also be the format of choice.

For a congress as large as the Tonmeistertagung, many helpers are needed. Students who would like to volunteer plus small recognition to help run the event are very welcome . We especially require people for the entrance control in front of the halls, as well as technical staff for the speech reinforcement.
