Entry in exhibitor list with company name, logo and link to company website

Details
On the website of the Tonmeistertagung there is a landing page with a list of exhibitors. In this list all exhibiting companies (names), including the brands represented and the corresponding stand booth numbers are listed in randomized order. A search function is also available to find your company entry directly. Below the company name is your website link to your home page alongside a displayed booth number. The company logo is displayed in standardized size for your exhibitor entry.

Package PREMIUM
Promote current products and activities via their own info page and with a video.
Price: 650,– €. For VDT company members: 585,– €. Plus the legal value added tax of currently 19%

Details
If you book the premium package, you can upload your own news text including pictures and links and link it to your company entry. In your company entry then button "Read News" is displayed, which is linked to your info entry.
This info text can contain anything that is important to you. You write the text and decide which images you want to show. It is accessible via a permanent link. So you can use it in your communication, for example by referring to it in your newsletter or linking to it from emails or your own website.
You can upload up to three images and 3000 characters for this info text. For this purpose, from August 1, 2023, we will provide you with access to our system where you can enter your texts and images. This access is available until the end of the Tonmeistertagung.
If you have problems entering text and images, you can call on our support. We will be happy
to take over the one-time entry of your news for you. In this case the deadline is:

You your company entry in the exhibitors list with an advertising video. A "VIDEO" button is then displayed there, and the logo and your company name are linked to this video.
By clicking a pop-up window (popup, modal, lightbox) will open, in which your video will be shown.
For this purpose, they provide us with a corresponding link (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) or they
submit a video to us, which is hosted by us.

On site at the Tonmeistertagung, various large displays will show Information to be superimposed for visitors. Including the congress program, an info ticker, information from our trade fair editors and advertisements by exhibitors if this marketing package has been booked.
Further marketing offers
The VDT magazine is published five times a year. It is sent to all VDT members (approx. 2,000 personal members and 80 sponsoring companies, as of January 2023). An advertisement in the magazine hits the target group exactly, because our readers are exclusively professionals of the audio industry.

Package LEAD SCANNING
Conveniently collect contacts and conversation data via an app
Price: 60,– €. Plus the legal value added tax of currently 19%.
Details
At the beginning of November you will receive an access code to the app pretixLEAD, available for Android and iOS. With this app, QR codes on the tickets of the participants can be scanned.
Classify the lead on a scale of 1-5 stars and add notes to the conversation.
You will receive individual access to our ticket store at the beginning of November. After the event, log into the web interface of our ticket shop. There you can view and evaluate the collected and recorded data and download it in Excel format for further processing. In this way, the data can be quickly and easily transferred to any CRM system and the follow-up to the event can begin.
Privacy Notice:
In addition to your notes and the classification, the name, e-mail addresses, the additional information on the badge (e.g. company, function) and the country of your conversation partner are stored by the scan.
Zusätzliche Hinweise/ Fußnoten/ Kleingedrucktes
1. Firmennamen
Firmennamen werden grundsätzlich in gemischter Schreibweise eingepflegt und auf der Webseite ausgegeben. (erster Buchstabe groß, danach kleine Buchstaben). Bei Akronymen oder Abkürzungen sind maximal vier Großbuchstaben (z. B. VDT, IGVW) erlaubt; bei längeren Namen schaltet die Webseite auf die gemischte Schreibweise um. Zusatzzeichen wie Bindestrich, Unterstrich, Punkt, Schrägstrich, UND-Zeichen (&), PLUS- Zeichen (+) und Klammern sind erlaubt. Sonderzeichen, wie z.B. Sterne oder Icons sind nicht erlaubt. Firmennamen werden nicht in Kapitalschrift ausgegeben. Rechtsformen (z. B. GmbH) werden nicht angezeigt.
2. Logo
Die Größe (Anzahl der Pixel) der rechteckige Darstellungsfläche eines Logos auf der Webseite ist einheitlich und wird vom System anhand des Seitenverhältnisses berechnet. Bitte reichen Sie Logos entsprechend der folgenden Spezifikationen ein:
- Format: SVG oder PNG
- Hintergrundbereiche sollten transparent sein (die Logos erscheinen auf hellem (weißem Grund)
- Harter Beschnitt auf die Größe des Logos. Keine Überstände.
- Bei PNG: Möglichst hohe Auflösung von ca. 1000 x 1000px
Sollte das eingereichte Logo nicht die genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllen, behalten wir uns vor, Anpassungen (Beschnitt von nicht sichtbaren Überständen, Skalierung) vorzunehmen Farben, Formen und Proportionen bleiben dabei unberührt. Sollte ein Logo bereits in unserem System vorhanden sein, verwenden wir zunächst dieses. Auf Wunsch ist jederzeit eine Aktualisierung möglich. Form und Design eines Logos können den Eindruck erwecken, es sei gegenüber anderen über- oder untergewichtet. Wir nehmen darauf keinen Einfluss, sondern stellen jedem Logo die gleiche rechteckige Darstellungsfläche zur Verfügung. Weitere Anpassungen werden nicht vorgenommen. Bei extremen Unterschieden von Breite und Höhe eines Logos in Verbindung mit kleinen Ausgabegeräten (Mobiltelefone) ist nicht auszuschließen, dass das Logo unvollständig angezeigt wird.
3. Textinhalte
Wir behalten uns vor, Texte und Bilder in Info-Einträgen zu redigieren, wenn es zu Fehlern auf der Webseite (z. B. Darstellungsproblemen) kommt. Inhalte bleiben dabei unberührt. Sie verpflichten sich, nur rechtlich zulässige Inhalte hochzuladen. Diese müssen eine respektvolle Ansprache haben und dürfen keine sittenwidrigen Inhalte umfassen. Sie bestätigen mit dem Hochladen, dass Sie beziehungsweise das Unternehmen, für das Sie handeln, Inhaber der Rechte der hochgeladenen Inhalte ist. Mit dem Hochladen räumen Sie der Bildungswerk des VDT GmbH beziehungsweise dem VDT e.V. das Recht zur Veröffentlichung ein.
4. Zugang zum Hochladen von Texten und Bildern
Sie erhalten von uns einen personengebundenen Zugang zu unserer Editier-Plattform. Dort können Sie Texte und Bilder hochladen und über den so genannten CK-Editor formatieren.
5. Video-Hosting
Für das Hosting ihres Werbevideos berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 19,- €. Das Video ist in diesem Fall ausschließlich auf der Webseite der Tonmeistertagung verfügbar und wird am 31.01.2024 wieder entfernt. Die Einreichungsfrist ist der 01. Oktober 2023.
