The new tmt33 app for Android and iOS provides straightforward, paperless, interactive, and personalized orientation at the exhibition and within the conference program. It also provides lots of useful information on travel, accommodation, and catering options. Visitors to tmt33 can therefore access everything they need to know about the conference and exhibition in a single app.
Under the “General Information” button, you will find everything you need for your visit:
The location details with address and map links.
All information about parking
The opening hours for each day of the event
A link to hotel booking
Time for lunch? Here you will find your dining options
Your virtual Ticket
You can load your admission ticket for tmt33 into the app. To do so, use the same email address that was assigned to the respective personalized ticket when purchasing the ticket to register and log in to the app – or, conversely, when purchasing tickets in the ticket shop, enter the same email address that you use to log in to the app for all tickets that are to be displayed in the app.
Important: The email address of the ticket holder is relevant, not that of the ticket purchaser, as these may be different.
The app can be used without registration/login, but you will then not be able to save your admission tickets or use the favourites function.
The ticket shop can be accessed directly from the app.
Important for VDT members, contributors and helpers: The purchase of tickets with special discounts will only be possible via MyVDT! The ticket shop only offers standard tickets without discounts, as well as discounted tickets for school pupils, students, trainees and members of partner associations.
The Exhibition
Many companies in our industry are exhibiting at tmt33, with some having a presence not only at their booths, but also in a demo room. The app's exhibitor list shows them all and provides direct links to the corresponding booth on the hall plan. You can search for all the companies and brands represented at the exhibition and save the ones you want to see as favourites.

The Congress Program
The “Agenda & Speakers” button gives you an overview of the entire Tonmeistertagung conference program. There are two tabs there that you can use to search for either contributions or sessions (Agenda) or speakers.
Searching within the program
The tmt33 program is extensive. Are you interested in a specific topic? Then you can filter all related contributions in the app. This allows you to search even more precisely than using the program schedule on the Internet. Filtering is also possible by format—for example, the TalkBack format—or by room (location), date, and presentation language. The various filters can be cascaded to find the most accurate selection possible. Would you like to attend an English-language session on acoustics on Friday? With the filter “Acoustics / Friday / en,” all matching contributions will be displayed. Without filtering, the program will be displayed chronologically across all rooms.
When you tap on one of the contributions in a session, all the relevant information appears, including the time, title, topic, speaker, language of the presentation, and, most importantly, a detailed description.
Are you interested in the contribution? Then you can mark it as a favorite so you can find it again quickly.
Filtering by contributor
The second tab, “Speakers,” lists everyone who is contributing to the conference program. In addition to the speakers, this also includes panelists and moderators. Use the search function to quickly find out which program elements feature your desired speaker. Here, too, you can mark your favorites so you don't miss their contributions.

Your Favorites
All of your saved sessions, speakers, and exhibitors are displayed here in one place, so you can easily find what's important to you. The Favorites section has three tabs for your selections in the program, among the speakers, and in the exhibition.
Registration/login is mandatory to use this function.
The interactive Map
The main menu item “Map” takes you directly to the interactive hall plan. You can drag it to any size to view the details. It helps you find your way through the exhibition, to the conference rooms, and to the restaurant. Many details are linked:
Tap on an exhibition stand (green) to see who is exhibiting there.
Tap on a conference room (pink) to view the program for that room.
Tap on a demo room (green) to find out who is demonstrating their products there.
