CCD Room Y
The workshop will be held in German, limited number of participants, additional ticket required
The questions: "Why is this so?" "What if...?" "Someone once told me that..." The answer: "Experience it for yourself and understand it better afterwards." That, in a nutshell, is the goal of the live mixing workshop.
Whether it's the basics of PA system design, tips and tricks for planning and using radio links, the finer points of miking a typical live band and, of course, a detailed look at the working methods of FOH and monitor mixing - all this is not only explained here, but you can experience it live.
The partners Neumann&Müller Veranstaltungstechnik, Shure, Yamaha and d&b audiotechnik, supported by the experts Markus Eichhofer, Oli Voges and Nils Uhthoff and the media partner Production Partner & LEaT, invite all young and young-at-heart sound professionals in the tried and tested form to tap their shoulders, watch and listen, whether from on or in front of the stage.
As a special treat, many experiments that are "impossible" in real life can once again be experienced.
e.g. "What happens if you simply turn off the PA or monitors?"
The number of participants is limited to 400. A free additional ticket is required for the live mixing workshop. You can purchase this in our Ticketshop under the Date: 'Wednesday'. Validity of the ticket: The ticket entitles the holder to participate in the Live Mixing Workshop, which will take place on Wednesday, 08.11.2023 from 12:30 - 17:00 in the CCD in room Y. The ticket does not entitle the holder to participate in the congress programme.
