Exhibitor list
On the website of the Tonmeistertagung and in the tmt33 app, the exhibitor list can be accessed via the main menu. This lists all exhibiting companies with their name, logo and booth number in randomized order. A search function is available to find your company entry directly. There is a link to your homepage under your company name on the website. The brands you represent are listed. The company logo is displayed in a standardized size. VDT sustaining members are identified as such.
Exhibitor profile
In the tmt33 app, each exhibitor has their own profile, which can be accessed via the exhibitor list or the interactive map. In addition to their logo, name and brands, this profile contains a link to their website.
Save as favourite in the tmt33 app
Users of the tmt33 app can save individual companies as favourites in the app to make it easier to get in touch with them during or after the event.
Link on the map in the app
Both via the exhibitor list and via your company profile, users of the tmt33 app can navigate directly to your booth on the map to find it quickly.

Description of your company
In the exhibitor list on the website and in the exhibitor profile in the tmt33 app, a more detailed description of your company is displayed in addition to the information from the BASIC package. You have 400 characters available for this.
Lead Scanning
Instead of exchanging business cards, you can simply scan a visitor's badge to save their contact details and other information. To download / export your collected contacts, you will get access to our ticket shop (Pretix).

Advertising space in the app
Your logo or advertising graphic will be displayed on the home screen and the ticket page in the tmt33 app.
Exclusive position and visual emphasis in the exhibitor lists
Your entry will appear in the top two positions in the exhibitor lists on the website and in the tmt33 app and will also be highlighted graphically.
Digital Signage
The 12 screens displaying the programme during the conference in the foyer and in front of the conference rooms will also cyclically display your logo or advertisement.
Ticket PDF
Your logo will appear on every ticket PDF that is generated in the ticket shop (Pretix).
VDT Magazine
The VDT magazine is published five times a year. It is sent to all VDT members (approx. 1,800 personal members and 74 sponsoring companies, as of March 2025). An advertisement in the magazine hits the target group exactly, because our readers are exclusively professionals of the audio industry.
