Lead Scanning
Information for exhibitors who have booked the Lead Scanning marketing package.
Preparation
Download the pretixSCAN App
Access code
You will receive an access code at the beginning of November, with which you can log into your personal user interface of our ticket store on the one hand and which you need to set up your scan devices on the other hand. You can set up one or more scan devices that can be named during configuration to identify them later.
Setting up the app
Log in the app by entering your access code and the system address: https://tickets.tonmeistertagung.com.
Collected Data
The following information is stored when a scan is performed:

Evaluation
You will find a graphical overview and evaluation, as well as the option to download the data in the form of an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) of all scanned contacts from all devices you have used, in your personal password-protected user interface of the ticket store. You will receive the required access code in early November.
Further Notes
In the PretixSCAN app, only the last scanned contact is visible.
If a contact is scanned more than once, the previously entered information is loaded and can be changed, completed, deleted or overwritten. The data previously entered, possibly by another device, is then no longer available. Only the time of the initial entry cannot be changed.
The labels for classification checkboxes can be changed individually in the user interface of the ticket store . Additional checkboxes can be added or existing ones deleted. These changes are not possible via the app.
Company names are not explicitly requested when ordering tickets or generating exhibitor passes, but can be provided voluntarily and individually via additional information. In this respect, information about the company is not guaranteed. You can see from the badge of the contact person (below the name) if the information is sufficient, otherwise you can add missing information via your individual note to the lead.
Please note: Sharing the scanned contacts with third parties is prohibited. Please note the privacy policy for the use of lead data.
You have received your access code by e-mail. Please save this code and then delete the e-mail with the code. If you wish to change the access code for security reasons, please contact us by .
