How do I find my way within the program calendar?

The program for this year's Tonmeistertagung is once again very extensive. To help you quickly find the presentations that interest you, we have introduced a convenient online program calendar. It offers many search and filter functions that you can use to individually select the presentations and sessions that are relevant to you.

You have the following search options:

When you go to the program calendar on the website, all contributions are initially listed chronologically below the schedule. Before the Tonmeistertagung begins, all contributions for all days appear in this list; once the Tonmeistertagung is underway, only contributions that are not yet in the past are automatically listed.

The list is long, but you can filter out the contributions that interest you. The easiest way to search is to click on one of the sessions in the schedule, and you will see a list of the contributions, including titles, authors, and abstracts, that are planned for that session.

Filtering using the “Filter list” feature

There are four search fields to the right of the timetable planner. Here you can search by date, room, or author, or enter a search term. The search functions can be cascaded and are therefore very precise.

The “Search term” field

The “Search term” field allows you to search for a word, which is then searched for in the abstracts and titles of the articles. This search function is very versatile and has its own small explanation, which illustrates tips and tricks for filtering and keyword searches. This explanation opens when you click on the small “i” on the right side of the search field.

The clickable legend

Below the timetable planner, there is a legend that opens when you click on the word “Legend.” The first tab of the legend lists all event series, each with an abbreviation and its full name. The abbreviation and color correspond to the entries in the timetable planner.

Are you particularly interested in the topic of Research & Development, abbreviated as [RD]? Click on [RD] in the legend to see a list of all posts on this topic. Would you like to see only all [RD] posts on Thursday? Then select November 13, 2025 in the date field. Both filters will be combined.
Would you like to listen to a TalkBack discussing outstanding recordings? Click on [TB] in the legend to see a list of selections.
Are you interested in a workshop with binaural sound reproduction? Go to the “Formats” tab in the legend and select [WSBIN], the “Binaural Workshop” format.
Or would you like to see all posts with the “Tutorial” format listed, as in the example shown? Then simply select the [TUT] format in the legend.

Transfer contribution selection to your online calendar

Each filter applied can be saved or copied as a link (bookmark). The link is located at the top of the filtered list, to the left of the filter labels, and is represented by a stylized paper clip. Right-click on the paper clip to copy or save the link.

In addition, the selection of posts can also be transferred to your own online calendar. To achieve this, a link (URL) to a static calendar entry in .ics format is generated and displayed at the bottom of the page. If you are familiar with calendar subscriptions, you can also use this link to set up a dynamic calendar subscription. This will keep the tmt33 dates in your calendar up to date. But honestly, the new tmt33 app is much better suited for this!

One thing is certain: those who attend the congress will hear plenty of new things—visiting tmt33 is definitely worthwhile!
