Student 3D Audio Competition
The Student 3D Audio Competition will take place for the ninth time in 2025. We are once again expecting high-quality and elaborate submissions from Europe and beyond. The final round and award ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 13, as part of the Tonmeistertagung and broadcast online.
The nominated pieces in the Contemporary/Computer Music category will be presented in advance on October 3 as part of the ORF musikprotokoll in Graz.
A total of 41 high-quality submissions from 14 countries were received this year for this and the two other categories, Audio Drama/Documentary/Soundscapes & Music Recording/Studio Production.

The 9th Student 3D Audio Competition is being held in cooperation with the Institute for Electronic Music and Acoustics at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, Sounding Future, ORF musikprotokoll, and VDT.
