Contributors: How do I get a ticket?
Starting in October, you as a contributor can pick up your conference ticket for admission to the exhibition and conference in the ticket shop at MyVDT. Open the ticket shop by clicking on the blue button in MyVDT:
IMPORTANT:
The ticket or discount to which you are entitled will be automatically assigned via a corresponding voucher. MyVDT vouchers are non-transferable and are only valid for the logged-in MyVDT user to whom the voucher is assigned. Transfer to third parties is prohibited. They are only valid in conjunction with a valid identity document (identity card, passport). To download your ticket, you must know your MyVDT login details or have access to your email address. All tickets are sold and handed out online.
Product contributors are exempt from the following regulations.
Main authors, moderators and panelists
As presenting main author, moderator or panelists you receive a free ticket (conference + exhibition) for the entire conference. Please select ‘All days’ in the date selection to receive your ticket, even if you are not attending tmt33 on all days.
- The first person named as the author when submitting a contribution is considered the main author (presenting).
- Panelists are all those who are scheduled to participate in a Round-Table discussion and are listed as such in the programme.
- Moderators are all those who are named as such in at least one session in the programme schedule.
Co-authors
As a co-author, you will receive a discounted ticket (conference + exhibition) with a 50% discount. Co-authoring means that you will not be listed first in the program for your contribution. With the discount, you can either purchase a ticket for all days for €290 or for one or more individual days for €110 (Wed - Fri) or €55 (Sat) each. All co-authors who are lead authors, moderators, or panelists in another session will receive a free ticket (see above).
For technical reasons, the 50% discount can initially only be used for a single ticket. If you would like to attend the Tonmeistertagung on several days but do not want to purchase the 4-day ticket (€290), please contact . We will then convert your personal voucher code – stored in MyVDT – to the corresponding multiple use and notify you.
You can then log in to MyVDT and purchase your tickets in one transaction. The quickest way to do this is as follows: Please add the first ticket to your shopping basket. Then close the ticket shop window (button at the top right) and click on the ticket shop button again. Then select the next Date and add the ticket to your shopping basket. Repeat the process for the next ticket. Once all tickets are in your shopping basket, you can complete your order.
NOTE: If you have accidentally added tickets for the same date to your shopping basket, you must first remove them from the basket. Ticket selection always begins with the date selection.
Name badge
When your ticket is scanned for the first time at the event, you will receive a name badge, which must be worn during the event.
Displaying and saving your ticket in the tmt33 app
If you want to use the tmt33 app and store your tickets there, your email address (the participant email address you entered when purchasing your ticket) must match the email address you used to register and log in to the tmt33 app. Your tickets will then be automatically loaded into the app.
CAN and LMW
Tickets for the ‘Connecting Audio Night’ (CAN) on Thursday evening and for participation in the ‘Live Mixing Workshop’ (LMW) on Wednesday can be ordered at the same time or later via the public ticket shop. The tickets can be found in the ticket shop under the dates “Wednesday” for the LMW and ‘Connecting Audio Night’ for the CAN.
Please note that these tickets are limited. There are no special discounts for CAN tickets. The standard price of €65 applies here. The ticket for the LMW is free of charge, but is mandatory for participation.
We look forward to seeing you all in Düsseldorf soon!
