Sales channels
Tickets for tmt33 can only be purchased via the Ticketshop or the tmt33 app. VDT members, admission and technical helpers, contributors and the organisation team please use the access to the ticket shop via MyVDT, which will be available from 15.09.2025.
Ticket, name badge
You will receive the ticket as a PDF in the shop (download) and by e-mail. You can also access the ticket via the tmt33 app or save it in the file format: “.pkpass” in your Wallet app on your mobile phone.
At the first check-in at the Tonmeistertagung, you will receive a name badge with a lanyard to be worn visibly around your neck or on your clothing.
Personalised tickets
Tickets for tmt33 are personalised and non-transferable. They are only valid in conjunction with a valid identification document (identity card, passport).
Public transport “KombiTicket”
Use the KombiTicket from Rheinbahn Düsseldorf to travel to and from your destination, which allows you to use 2nd class transport in the two public transport areas VRS and VRR at no additional cost. The KombiTicket is valid on the days of your booked visit until the following day at 03:00. Long-distance trains (IC / ICE) are not included in the KombiTicket. The KombiTicket is non-transferable and is only valid in conjunction with a valid identity document (ID card, passport). You can generate and download the KombiTicket during the ordering process for your admission ticket to tmt33 or later. You will find information on this on the ticket PDF or on your order page. You will find the link in the e-mails accompanying your order.
IMPORTANT: The admission ticket to tmt33 is not valid as a ticket for public transport.
Discounted tickets
**Discounts cannot be combined (e.g. student rate and VDT member discount).
VDT members (individual memberships, WITHOUT trainees, pupils and students)
receive their ticket in the ticket shop in MyVDT, which will be available from 15.09.2025. A corresponding voucher is stored in your account there and automatically linked to the ticket shop implemented there. Open the ticket shop by clicking on the blue button in MyVDT:
For technical reasons, the 50% discount on all congress+trade fair tickets can initially only be used for a single ticket. If you would like to attend the Tonmeistertagung on several days but do not wish to purchase the 4-day ticket (€ 290), please contact . We will then change your personal voucher code - stored in MyVDT - to the corresponding multiple use and notify you.
You can then log in to MyVDT and buy your tickets in one go. The quickest way to do this is as follows: Please place the first ticket in the shopping basket. Then close the ticket shop window (button top right) and click the ticket shop button again. First select the next DATE and then add the ticket to the shopping basket. Proceed in the same way with the next ticket. Once all tickets are in the shopping basket, you can complete the order.
NOTE: If you have accidentally added tickets for the same date to the shopping basket, you must first delete them from the shopping basket. The ticket selection always starts with the TERM SELECTION.
MyVDT vouchers are non-transferable and are only valid for the MyVDT user who is logged in and assigned to the voucher. They may not be passed on to third parties.
Supporting companies of the VDT (company memberships)
As a supporting member of the VDT and non-exhibitor at tmt33, you are entitled to two conference tickets with a 50% discount. You will receive unsolicited a corresponding voucher for 2 discounted ticket. Sponsoring memberships are managed by the office, Stefani Renner and Alexandra Grommes via . There is no MyVDT access for corporate memberships.

Other discounted tickets These include trainee, pupil and student tickets, tickets for members of partner associations (AES, ÖTMV, bvft, DEGA, FKTG, DTHG, VPLT and VCA, isdv, ZiMMT), as well as press passes are available here in the Ticketshop. The upload of a corresponding proof is required. After successful verification of the document, the ticket will be released for download. We ask for your understanding that tickets are not always released immediately or at weekends. Reduced tickets for trainees, pupils and students are only available for persons up to and including the age of 35.
Live Mixing Workshop
Event with a limited number of participants (400). Participation in the live mixing workshop is free of charge, but requires a ticket due to the limited number of participants. Please select Wednesday, 12 November 2025 as the date in the ticket shop. Tickets for the live mixing workshop can only be found under this date. The ticket for the live mixing workshop is to be understood as an additional ticket and is only valid on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 from 12:30 - 17:00 in CCD Room Y. It does not entitle the holder to participate in the congress programme. It does entitle the holder to visit the trade fair on Wednesday, 12 November.
“Connecting Audio Night”
Select “Connecting Audio Night” as the date in the ticket shop. Tickets for the “Connecting Audio Night” can only be found under this date. Congress or trade fair tickets are not valid for the “Connecting Audio Night”. Conversely, tickets for the “Connecting Audio Night” are not valid for the congress or trade fair. A fixed price applies to the ticket for the “Connecting Audio Night.” Discounts are not available.
Tickets for contributors and volunteers
Tickets for all contributors, crew and volunteers will be available in MyVDT from 15 September 2025. Open the ticket shop by clicking on the blue button in MyVDT:
